Our Studio
A new and unique studio space for creative individuals and companies who require professional facilities for photography, video and film production.
We have created a flexible environment for you to use with all the features you would expect from a well equipped production studio.
Our Phase 1 studio space development launched in the summer of 2007 and includes:
- 700 sq.ft. photo studio (with loading bay)
- 100 sq.ft. mini product photo studio (with Minicove)
- Dressing room with shower facilities
- Disabled toilet
- Kitchen
- Meeting room
- Guest seating area overlooking studio
- Studio equipment included FREE - view list
- Lighting available to hire at additional charge
- Ample FREE parking- view PDF (196Kb)
We are already planning the Phase 2 development which will expand the studio with an additional 3000 sq.ft. of space comprising of:
- Large 2000 sq.ft. studio
- 2x 500 sq.ft. studios
This second phase is due for completion during 2008 and will give us a total of five studios available for hire.
You can check the availability and reserve a studio space online with our online booking facility. Unlike other studios we WILL NOT be requiring any form of annual membership for you to be able to book and use our studios.
Anyone is welcome to use the space as little or as much as you require. Minimum studio hire time is just 1-hour with prices starting from as little as £10 per hour! Studio hire prices are available here.
We have lots of equipment included FREE with the studio hire. Lighting is charged for seperately. Please take a look at our pricing page for details.

* All prices shown exclude VAT charged at 17.5%. Where prices refer to a 'per day' charge then 1-day is the equivalent to a single 8-hour continuous session.
